aaaah I'm in New York BUT I suggest going to Villa Maria hill right beside VM metro.

Alternatively, go up on the mountain, the #11 bus will take you there C:

Yup! The main gate is sometimes closed but if you follow along the wall there's a door further on. There are houses behind the school so it should be easy to get to :)
