Dude. It is from Hoshi no yakata (Palace of Stars), by Tori Maia. (I'm sorry for misleading you, only the first chapter is actually named 'Kneel Down And Kiss My Boots' but the name was so fitting it stuck for me). It has been scanlated by a couple of groups, but majoritarely by Game Over or Continue, and can be found in direct download here, on there site.

It's awesome, no really, and that costplay was well-done. Be aware that the manga IS one big BDSM porn session, with a thread of story linking everything together but not so heavy as to hide any smut. Each chapter pretty much can be read as a stand-alone but makes more sence read in a row. I love it. That and the fact that even the seme(s) can get fucked, and that characters do have personalities. Oh, and the endless, leather gay porn.

But really, who wouldn't?
